Meet Our Dentist
Dr. Sam Jones BDS
Graduated from the University of Adelaide, a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree, in 2010. Having established a practice located in Goolwa on the Fleurieu Peninsular in 2013, he has recently returned to Adelaide to focus on building a professional base closer to home and family.
He has interests in cosmetic and restorative dentistry and particularly enjoys seeing patients improve their overall wellbeing by improving – and then maintaining – their oral care and achieving their dental goals. This may mean eliminating disease or improving appearance.
Following on from his dental degree, he has travelled extensively to attend further education courses in several aspects of dentistry both internationally and with in Australia.
Outside of dentistry Sam enjoys riding his bike and keeping his young family entertained and busy on weekends.
Dr. Andrew South (Andy) BDS
After completing his high school education at St Peter’s College, he commenced his Bachelor of Dental Surgery through the University of Adelaide in 2008, graduating in 2012 and earning the Dean’s Merit Award for Excellence throughout the five year dental degree.
Since this time Dr South has continued to gain further training, experience and knowledge in the areas of minor oral surgery procedures, clear aligner orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and complex restorative work including the management of worn teeth.
Dr South grew up in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide and continues to live and work in the area.
Outside of work he enjoys surfing, alpine skiing, photography and foreign languages. He enjoys spending his remaining time with his wife and baby boy at home in Henley Beach.
Dr. Yule Li BDS
Dr Yule Li graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Adelaide in 2020.
Dr Yule aims to practice dentistry while creating an environment in which patients feel respected and comfortable.
He believes in working together with patients to address their dental worries and concerns and is keen to empower patients in maintain long-term oral health and wellbeing.
Dr Yule has practiced in clinics across metropolitan and regional South Australia and enjoys keeping up to date with the latest technology and advances in the dental industry.
When he is not in the clinic, Dr Yule can be found roasting coffee beans and enjoying his freshly brewed coffee with partner Victoria in their veggie patch and garden.
Health Therapist/Hygienist
Yasmeen
After being a Dental Assistant for four years, and realising she had a heavy interest in the preventive aspect of dentistry, Yasmeen decided she would further her education and receive her advanced diploma of Oral Hygiene in TAFE SA in 2011.
Since graduating, she has been working at a general practice and specialist practice based in Adelaide.
Outside of dentistry, Yasmeen enjoys cooking, travelling and volunteering at her children’s school.
Amy
After gaining a Bachelor of Social Work, while working in Child Protection for the bulk of her working career, Amy made the decision to get back into the dental industry where she worked as a dental assistant several years prior. Amy graduated from Charles Sturt University, in regional NSW with a Bachelor of Oral Health. Post graduation, Amy returned home to South Australia, where she worked in Mount Gambier in a public healthcare setting. Amy is now settled back in Adelaide and working in both general practice and orthodontics.
Amy is passionate about preventative dental care and ensuring patients are well equipped in understanding the important correlation between oral health and overall general health and wellbeing. Amy aims to provide a calm and positive experience to her patients.
Outside of work Amy loves travelling, being by the beach and exploring new areas to hike.
